Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Property types include: single family homes, condos and
town homes. Mobile homes are ineligible.
- Must
purchase in unincorporated Leon County.
- Home
value must be $204,000 or lower.
- Your
monthly mortgage payment cannot exceed more than 30%
of your monthly income.
- You
must be able to contribute 1% of the purchase
price from your own funds.
- You
must occupy the home as your primary residence.
- You
must attend Home Buyer Education Counseling
Class/Seminar, inclusive of Purchasing, Financing, and
Home Maintenance
