Your community needs more people like you to work at the polls on Election Day.  In fact, Florida must recruit and train thousands of Poll Workers in communities across the state every election year.  You can help.

Your local election officials will teach you everything you need to know to do the job.  The job isn’t complicated and anyone who has worked at the polls will tell you it’s one of the most rewarding ways to help your community.

You must apply to be a Poll Worker and you can complete the application online or drop by our office at 315 S. Calhoun Street, Suite 110 (Bank of America Building).

All new Poll Workers must complete an orientation class.  You can view the online presentation, review the manual or come to one of our orientation classes.  For more information, please email us at pollwork@leoncountyfl.gov.
