CareNet - Healthcare options for Leon county's uninsured residents Leon County citizens who do not have health insurance do not have to go without the medical care that they need. CareNet is a public/private partnership —not a health insurance plan—for primary healthcare delivery, designed to serve the healthcare needs of uninsured Leon County residents. Bond Community Health Center and Neighborhood Health Services offer primary healthcare with a sliding fee discount based upon verification of income and residency. Other partners in the CareNet collaborative include the We Care Network, the FAMU College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, the local hospitals and the Leon County Health Department.
