Commissioner Cliff Thaell presents a resolution honoring
former Leon County Commissioner (1988-94) and State
Representative Marjorie Turnbull (1994 – 2002) for
outstanding public service. Ms. Turnbull is retiring after
11 years as the Executive Director of the Tallahassee
Community College Foundation.
Commissioner Dan Winchester presents a resolution to his Aide,
Judith Dougherty, for her outstanding service to Leon
County.

Leticia Adams, for her outstanding service to Leon County.
